Important Notice

MediaGrab does not host, store, or cache any copyrighted content. Our service functions as a processing tool that provides links to content hosted on third-party platforms. We do not have control over the content available on these platforms.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed through the use of our Service, please provide the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

How to Submit

DMCA takedown notices should be submitted through our contact page. Please include "DMCA Notice" in your subject line. We will review and respond to valid notices within 48 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed or blocked, you may submit a counter-notification with the required information as outlined in the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

MediaGrab reserves the right to block access to users who repeatedly submit URLs that infringe on copyrighted content.
